What's your recruitment process like?

We keep it efficient — typically 3-5 stages over 1-2.5 weeks. You'll start with our HR team, meet your potential team lead, and wrap up with management.
For engineering roles: expect coding interviews and system design challenges. Business and some tech roles might include a practical task with a presentation. No surprises, no endless rounds.
The best part? You'll actually meet the people you'd work with daily — your lead, teammates, and managers. Real conversations with real humans.

Can I work fully remotely?

Absolutely. We're remote-first and mean it.

How do contracts work?

We primarily offer Full-time Contractor agreements (indefinite-term consultancy). If you're based in Cyprus, traditional employment is also on the table.

Do you pay in crypto?

Your choice — fiat or crypto. We're flexible like that.

Do you have offices?

One office in Limassol, Cyprus. But remember — we're remote-first.

Will you help me relocate?

Since we're remote-first, relocation support isn't part of our package. Work from wherever you're most productive.

Which holidays do you follow?

Cyprus public holidays. Simple.
